Panko Mustard Crusted Salmon

Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet Rub the fillets with the dijon mustard, and coat one side with the panko and mustard powder mixture. Put that side face down in the pan when the oil has heated up. Cook for 3 minutes, and then flip the fillet. Cook for 3 minutes on the other side, or until slightly pink in the center. Serve the fillet crust side up.
