Knit+Wine is a casual monthly gathering of knitters (and crocheters) at Bar Olivino, a lovely wine bar in Ft. Greene/Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, where everyone brings whatever they are working on and we sit around together and talk, work, share, help one another -- and drink wine too. We are a very diverse group and welcome all who want to join us (although we have had a few men come on occasion, this tends to be an all-female group).

All levels are also welcome, but please keep in mind that there are no lessons, so it's fine for beginners, but not best for those without any prior knowledge.

*Please note: The $2 charge to attend was instituted to help me cover the fees that Meetup charges event organizers to use their system - I am not making any profit off of running Knit+Wine! I hope this does not deter anyone from attending. -- Megan

Welcome to Townery!
